　　商務場合總少不了簽訂合同。但是在簽合同之前，你一般都需要向客戶提醒和最后確定一下對方合同中的重要條款。下面外教一對一教你如何最后向客戶確定合同。

　　第一句：If you fail to make the delivery ten weeks later than the time of shipment stipulated in the contract, we shall have the right to cancel the contract. 如果貴方沒有在合同規定的裝船時間后10周內發貨，我方有權取消合同。

　　A: Mr. Black, how do you think about our contract？布萊克先生，您認為我們的合同怎么樣？

　　B: I'd like to replace this phrase with "after the date of delivery". 我想把這個短語換成“在發貨日之后”。

　　A: Oh, that's OK.哦，好的。

　　B: If you fail to make the delivery ten weeks later than the time of shipment stipulated in the contract, we shall have the right to cancel the contract. 如果貴方沒有在合同規定的裝船時間后10周內發貨，我方有權取消合同。

 

　　第二句：So I have no question now. 那么我方沒問題了。

　　A: You have stressed the term many times. We have paid much attention to it.  貴方已多次強調該條款。我方已經很重視了。

　　B: Allright. Thank you for consideration.好的。謝謝貴方的重視。

　　A: You are welcome. 不用謝。

　　B: So I have no question now.那么我方沒問題了。

 

　　其他表達法：

　　If you want to terminate the contract before its term is up, you should notify us of its cancellation six months before.如果你方在條款履行前要終結和通天，貴方應該在六個月前告知我方并予以取消。
